Returns & Shipping Policy
Return Policy Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase and applies only to defective products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for return instructions.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be defective
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original packaging with all components included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items damaged due to reasons not related to manufacturing defects
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Non-defective items
Return Process
1. Contact us through the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page
2. Wait for our response with return instructions (within 24 hours)
3. Ship the item back as per our instructions
4. Once received and inspected, we'll email you about the status of your return
5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 days
- The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company to confirm processing time
3. If still not resolved, contact us through the "Contact Us" tab
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. For defective items, we process returns and refunds only.
Shipping Information
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
